WHAT IS REMEDIATION?
- Remediation is a process that involves decontamination and repair in the areas of a structure where a Pest or Wildlife infestation previously occurred.
- Common areas include Crawlspaces, Basements, Walls, Attics and Roofs.
- If droppings, urine, eggs, nests and carcasses are not removed they can pose health risks from diseases, bacteria and parasites. Pheromones and scent can also attract new invaders in the future.
- Hidden problems like leaking plumbing or standing stormwater can cause mold, mildew, or rot, and also can be a source of attraction for Pests and Wildlife animals.
